Full 2010 PRFC Season Schedule

The Pasadena Rugby Football Club was founded in 1971 by former Japanese national scrum-half Kei Takarabe with the merging of the Warlords and Crown City Rugby Football Clubs. For over 30 years, the Club has maintained a strong rugby tradition in the highly competitive Southern California Rugby Football Union and has seen several of its players move on to play for select sides including the USA Eagles national team.

Evidence of the team's successes are White division championships in 1990, 1991, and 1992, and Blue division championships in 2002 and 2007 where PRFC finished 5th in the Nation.

Pasadena fields multiple active sides and is always looking for new players with or without rugby experience. Additionally, the Club sponsors both High School and Youth sides coached by Pasadena players and alumni. The Club's dedication to the values of the sport of rugby are seen off the field through the support of the Ronald McDonald House Charities, Children's Hospital Los Angeles' "Holiday from the Heart" program and various donations to Pasadena area Food Banks.

Pasadena RFC is a member in good standing within the SCRFU and is seeded in the White Division (Division II). The Club is also recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
